My dad loves lemon meringue pie - this looks like one he'd adore. This is such a nice change of pace from all the chocolate we've been seeing lately too, thanks to Valentine's Day! The meringue on top is beautiful!
Meringue has got to be the coolest thing ever! ive always been fascinated at the "peaks" that they can form and hold :)
